Commissioning |
Commissioning is the
engineering service and administrative act of recording and documenting the
construction process and building systems operation from design through
operation and maintenance. Commissioning should be applied to both new
and old buildings. A P.E. Commissioning administrator (team of Architects and
Engineers) working for the owner assures the design Architect/Engineer that
the design intent was met and trains the system operator in performance
analysis thus assuring the owner that the building will be comfortable. |
