Affiliated Consultants, Engineers was founded by Philip J Bisesi, PE in 1974 to do energy efficient design and commissioning using Life Cycle Cost Analysis. Our founder is a LEED Accredited Professional specializing in integrated PME engineering, energy modeling and O&M engineering training. Our process is rooted in time-tested experience that looks beyond data gathered by computer models alone. Our designs are sustainable, energy efficient, minimize first cost, operating costs and maintenance costs. We strive to enhance occupant comfort, wellbeing, and productivity.
